This 10,000 square foot addition in downtown Newnan brought new life to Foundation Church with a cost-effective brick and stucco design. We strategically sourced various available brick styles at a discount—since the final design called for painted brick, mixing styles allowed significant savings without compromising the finished look. The exterior features a premium Parex stucco system with brick accents and a distinctive roll lock skirt along the roofline. Safety and compliance were top priorities throughout this project, with careful attention to local guidelines and regulations within Newnan city limits to ensure a smooth build in this highly visible downtown location.
